Overview

The fifth volume of our Gen Collection series delivers an extraordinarily diverse collection of high-quality sounds from our world-class sound artists. From high-utility sounds to specific locales and unusual textures, this library has a bit of everything - with an extra emphasis on ambiences, vehicles, weapons, sports, communications, and weather.

The ambience and weather selection includes more than 70 rain and thunder recordings, quiet city ambiences, birds, wildlife, and even construction sites. Vehicles include a complete Lada car workup, airport ground support vehicles, a snowmobile, and other all-purpose car and traffic recordings. Weapons include a variety of firearms, heavy weapons, and sci-fi blasters; including firing, mechanical elements, and handling noises that are perfect for game audio applications. Other highlights include a variety of telephones and radios, basketball sounds and gymnasium activity, various kitchen appliances, and wheelchair tires on various surfaces.
