Overview

Spaced Blacksmith is a designed, processed, and reverb-drenched version of Sonomar Collection: Blacksmith. Using those metallic clangs, scrapes, brushes, and sizzles as a starting point, sound artist Martin Pinsonnault (CODA, Dallas Buyers Club) and the Sonomar team have created an inspiring collection of spacious, eerie, and highly stylized sound effects that are perfect for taking your sci-fi, horror, supernatural, and abstract sound design to new heights.

This library gives you a versatile palette of reverbed hammer impacts, bell-like tonal resonances, ominous whooshes and swishes, spacious sub effects, abrasive grinding and scraping sounds, and much more. These unique textures conjure up the loneliness of deep space, the murky depths of the ocean, communications from paranormal beings and other dimensions, and shocking jump scares.

Most of the included sound effects are one-shot files with generous reverb tails, ready to drop right into your soundtrack or layer and manipulate to create your own ominous soundscapes and otherworldly effects.
